CALL FOR PAPERS
Following the outstanding success of the first edition of Erasmus Scientific Days held in October 2022, which brought together 230 participants from 50 universities across 30 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America, 54 papers, highlighted 20 Erasmus+ projects results, and led to the publication of a scientific volume, the National Erasmus+ Office in Morocco, in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation and the Delegation of the European Union to Morocco, is pleased to announce the Call for Papers and Contributions for the 2nd edition of the Erasmus Scientific Days, under the theme: “Impact-Oriented Cooperation for Higher Education, Research and Innovation”.
This international scientific conference aims to bring together researchers, academics, doctoral students, university leaders, Erasmus+ project coordinators, policy-makers, experts, and institutional stakeholders to exchange ideas, present innovative work, and foster impactful partnerships in the fields of higher education, research, capacity building, and academic cooperation.
The conference welcomes original and high-quality academic contributions, including theoretical papers, empirical studies, project-based research outputs, policy analyses, innovative practices, and case studies that address impact and innovation in the following areas:
- Reform and modernization of higher education systems
- Research development, knowledge transfer and innovation ecosystems
- Digital transformation and open science
- Sustainable development and green education
- Internationalization and capacity building in higher education
- Inclusion, equity and social engagement
- Employability, entrepreneurship and skills development
- Good governance and university leadership within cooperation projects
The best contributions will be published in a scientific journal (Full paper required).

- Internationalization (Joint degrees, International accreditations, International rapprochement, internationalization at home etc.)
- Student, academic and youth mobility, blended mobility and virtual exchange

- ICT, technology and AI in Education
- Quality assurance, governance and institutional sustainability
- Non formal education
- Professionalization and adequacy of the training to the expectations of the job market.
- Alignment of research and education with societal challenges (SDGs, climate, inclusion)
- Skills development (Soft, intercultural) and entrepreneurship
- Best practices in Erasmus+ projects and results transfer
- Inclusion, equity, diversity and accessibility in higher education
- Higher Education reforms
- Impact assessment and methodologies

Submission and Criteria
- General Instructions
The abstract and the communication will be in English.
Structure of the abstract : Authors who wish to submit an abstract must respect the following instructions:
- Text font: Times New Roman 12
- Title (French and English), Times New Roman 14 bold with 1.5 line spacing
- Authors and affiliations (underline the main author).
- The last and first name of the authors must be in lower case and in bold the initials in upper case.
- The affiliation in Times New Roman 12 font in Italics with single spacing.
- Abbreviations must be defined before they are used.
- One-page maximum, single-spaced, Times New Roman font 12, margins 2.5.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to refuse abstracts that do not meet the criteria.
