Ahead of the European Union-African Union Summit, the 7th EU-Africa Business Forum (EABF) will take place from 14 to 18 February 2022. Co-organised by the European Union, the African Union Commission, together with African and EU business organisations, it offers a platform for public-private dialogue between the EU and Africa and aims at increasing opportunities of sustainable economic cooperation.

In that frame, the Erasmus+ Fostex, represented by Pr. Najib Hamouti head of international relations at ESITH, will take part of the workshop on “Fostering Higher Education-Business cooperation: promoting opportunities for youth entrepreneurship”. Pr. Hamouti will share the Fostex experience

The workshop will address youth entrepreneurship through Higher education and business cooperation by giving the floor to African and European higher education actors, researchers and enterprises. The panellists will present concrete ways to support universities in becoming more innovative and entrepreneurial and businesses in getting access to universities know-how and innovations. Concrete cooperation projects and initiatives supported by Erasmus+, Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions and HEInnovate will be featured and speakers will be invited to share their experience and good practices with the audience.
